Welcome and Keynote

9:00-10:00 am Welcome and Keynote:

Equations for Enoughness: Schemas for Personal and Professional Sustainability

As Carol Dweck and her colleagues have taught us, mindsets matter. And yet, many of us were never taught to consider the quality and quantity of the “ingredients in our recipes” for fulfilling AND sustainable personal and professional lives. In this session we will explore just a few of these factors for fulfillment, schemas for satisfaction, and equations for enoughness. Donnovan Somera Yisrael draws from ancient wisdom, modern science and 30 years of experience as a presenter, educator and coach. His work is informed by fields such as health education, behavior change, wellness, positive psychology, emotional intelligence, behavioral economics and grief and loss.
