As we all emerge from one of the craziest and stressful periods in education, it is critically important that as educators we have tools and strategies to take care of ourselves. We hear so much about SEL for students, but we also need to focus on our educators' mental health and well being. This session will teach you basic mindfulness and meditation techniques to help you to navigate stress and manage your mind, body, and spirit to allow you to be the mindful education warrior you were meant to be. The big goal is to help you live out your mission as an educator AND create peace and sustainability in your life.
