"When I was a genetic counseling student, I felt safe and supported by my classmates and program faculty, but unfortunately that isn’t the case for all students. I want to actively contribute to our genetic counseling community and create an environment where all students and genetic counselors feel valued and are empowered by their classmates, colleagues, and institutions."
