Residential Check-In

Stanford Executive Program (SEP) participants staying in the Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) Residences must check-in on Friday, June 21, or Saturday, June 22. Please let us know if you will be checking in on Friday or Saturday when completing the pre-program questionnaire. We will not be able to accommodate check-ins prior to those dates. Stanford GSB Residences is open for accommodations check-in 24 hours a day. 

Program Onboarding: Friday, June 21 & Saturday, June 22

Each member of the class needs to attend an onboarding appointment. Program onboarding takes place prior to the start of the program.  A link to register for program on-boarding will be posted in mid-April. 

While you are registering for a 15-minute time slot, we expect the full program check-in process to take up to 90 minutes, so please allow for that time in your schedule.  For example, if you register for the 2 p.m. - 2:15 p.m. PST slot, please know you will be in the program check-in process from approximately 2 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. PST. 

A set number of appointments are available each hour, please plan your travel to the program accordingly. We advise scheduling an appointment as early as possible after checking in to your accommodations. On-boarding appointment times are in United States Pacific Standard Time (PST). 

Program On-boarding Hours

• Friday, June 21: 9 am - 5 pm PST

• Saturday, June 22: 9 am - 5 pm PST

Additional information about the program onboarding appointment sign up process:

• If you do not see your preferred time available then that appointment slot is full.  

• We are not able to accommodate appointment time switching, but you are welcome to cancel your appointment and find another time that works for you using the link above.  

• All duplicate appointments will be canceled leaving the earliest appointment registered for.
