What is an emergency? FOLIO is unresponsive or returns errors for all activities, especially circulation functions.
Post to the folio-support Slack channel to verify the problem is not isolated. Contact your FOLIO First Responder (above) or branch head, who will contact Library Systems. If your First Responder is unavailable or outside the hours of M-F 9-5, call the on-call number found in the folio-support Slack channel. Library Systems will respond within one hour.
To be notified of system information, such as upgrades and outages, subscribe to the folio-users email list.
VPN is required to log in when not on a Stanford network.
Make sure you are using the Chrome browser and SSO login button.
Try logging out of FOLIO and back in.
Try a hard refresh (hold shift key and click reload button)
If you're trying to download a set of data (from the Circ Log for example) and it doesn't work, disable your pop-up blocker.
