I have been involved with SWIMM (Stanford Women in Math Mentoring) since 2019. I served as SWIMM 's chair from 2022-2024.

SWIMM  is an incredible mentoring program. During my time as SWIMM chair, we organized a casual research symposium, dinners with professors, postdocs and lecturers from the math department, panels on graduate school applications and a panel with SWIMM alumni. We also organized smaller events, such as study halls, hikes, math-themed movie nights.

Here is a spotlight on leaders of WVSOs at Stanford, where I answered some questions about SWIMM.

If you have questions about SWIMM see their new website here and message the current board members!

I have also helped organize the Noetherian Ring at Stanford, a supportive community of women and gender minorities in the Department of Mathematics at Stanford University.

In May 2024, I was honored to receive a Community Impact Award for organizing SWIMM and Noetherian Ring.

In June 2025, I was honored to receive the Mathematics Distinguished Service Award for my service to the department.
