Stanford Travel/Study sends a representative along with each tour to assist with the details, leaving you free to enjoy your trip. Your Stanford tour manager is your best point of contact while you are on the program.

The Monarque Sultan has complimentary Wi-Fi internet connections in the rooms. There is also a business center on-site; rates for services will vary.
Contact your cell phone provider to find out how you can use your cell phone abroad. Charges will vary depending on the destination and your existing plan. Please note that many U.S. cell phone plans do not include international roaming, and charges can be quite high.
Crisis 24 is our emergency assistance provider through our included insurance. They can provide advice and assistance before, during, and after your travels. We recommend you call them pre-trip if you’d like to discuss any specific health concerns in regards to your trip location.

When calling or emailing, mention you are with the Stanford Travel/Study Group.
You can call Crisis24 for advice on whether you need medical attention, making an appointment, seeking care, etc. Crisis24 is also the assistance provider for any major emergencies, such as medical or security evacuations. In order for the Zurich included emergency medical coverage to be applied, Crisis24 must be contacted first for any evacuations or repatriations.
