Transfer From the Airport

Airport transfers are included for all travelers arriving in Mexico City. Note that you may be grouped with other travelers arriving on the same flight or at the same time. After you claim your bags and exit customs, look for our local staff member, who will be holding a “Stanford Travel/Study” sign. If you have difficulty finding your transfer, please contact your Stanford tour manager, Nancy Kraemer, at +1 (650) 521-2893. Local contacts will be listed here about a week before departure; I will email when they are added.

At the Hotel

Check-in time at the Hyatt Regency Polanco is 3:00 p.m. Luggage can be left with the bell captain if you arrive before your room is ready. Our first group activity will be dinner at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday, September 4. We will meet in the lobby at 7:15 p.m.

As a reminder, if you are arriving early and opted to book any extra nights directly with the hotel rather than through Travel/Study, you may need to change rooms when the main program starts, since hotels cannot always link individual hotel reservations with group reservations.
