Arriving early or departing late?

If you decide to arrive early or depart late, please request your extra hotel nights by emailing your program manager, Laura Slaughter at Lduede@stanford.edu 

There are two options of hotels, either an airport hotel or a more centralized hotel for exploring the city. 

The following are costs for extra hotel nights:

Nash Airport Hotel:

• $255 per room. This includes a transfer via hotel shuttle upon arrival (Shuttle operates every 10 (day) - 20 (night) minutes depending on arrival time).

• We will make one pick up at this hotel (Time TBD) on trip start day.

Hotel d' Angleterra:

• $700 per room. The transfer is NOT included, however a welcome drink, mineral water in the room and free public trasnporation card IS included.

  • • Transfers upon arrival can be arranged for $235 (Mercedes Benz Class). Contact Laura Slaughter if you would like to book a private transfer. 

    • Taxis are available for lower cost if guests wish to make their own way to Hotel.

* These prices include breakfast and taxes. Note that the rates above may include booking fees and more restrictive cancellation penalties than the main program and may not represent the lowest available pricing. You may find better deals online or by booking directly with the hotel. If you elect to make your own additional hotel reservations, please notify program manager Laura Slaughter at Lduede@stanford.edu.
