Dear Rippowam families,
I hope this email finds you well and that you and your families had a rejuvenating Spring Break! We are excited to welcome our students back to school this week, ready to continue our learning journey.
As we return, we also extend our warmest wishes to those celebrating Easter, Orthodox Easter, and Passover. We hope these holidays are filled with joy, peace, and meaningful connections with loved ones.
We have an exciting, but busy few weeks ahead of us as we approach summer break. Please make sure you keep up with the school calendar for important dates and events and read below about the upcoming testing schedule

Upcoming Assessment Information
Students in all grades will be engaged in a variety of assessments in the coming weeks. The assessments are a combination of state mandated tests as well as assessments that we use in-house to show student growth, assist in course placement and inform needed support.
Rippowam 8th Grade Ceremony Information:
8th grade moving up ceremony is Friday, June 13th at 9am. Each student receives 2 tickets. We will have a waitlist for additional guests who are present and will be seated if there are additional seats available. We have a large graduating class and limited space in the auditorium. We are also planning on live-streaming the ceremony as well.
Pick up for confiscated devices is from 7-3 in the main office
If your child’s device is confiscated, please pick it up during the hours of 7-3. We lock the phones after dismissal and office or administrative staff may not be available to retrieve them from the safe. Please come during school hours of 7-3 or speak directly to an administrator.
Best,
Kristina Colmenares
