About Me

My name is Madison Kurenyshev. I am originally from Phoenix, Arizona. I studied Secondary Education with an emphasis in English and Creative Writing at Northern Arizona University. I’ve taught middle school English ever since, and I’ve taught Creative Writing as well. A fun fact about me Is that I taught abroad in Spain a few years ago. I enjoy being outside, reading, writing, riding my bike, rock climbing, and country dancing with my husband. My husband‘s name is Vladimir and he is in the Navy as an air traffic controller. I am looking forward to meeting all of you and cannot wait for the school year to start!
