Google Draw- Meme Assignment

You will click the picture to the right and create a meme in Google Draw.  It is required to have a full picture background and clear text.  It is required that it is on the Computer Lab Rules only.  You may ask me if there is a different rule you want to use. Yes, you have to use one of the pictures provided.
