Hello and a very warm welcome! My name is Miss Hazel Daynes, and I am thrilled to be your child’s class teacher this academic year. I graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK and have five years of teaching experience across EYFS, Primary, and SEN. Having moved to Egypt last year, I am excited to begin my second year teaching Reception at Malvern College Egypt. My primary goal in the classroom is to create a safe, calm, and joyful environment where every child feels valued, encouraged to ask curious questions, and empowered to try new things. In Daisy Class, we learn together as a community alongside our co-teacher Ms. Maha and Ms Amira and our nanny Miss Heba, celebrating kindness, resilience, and curiosity every day. Together, we will build strong foundations in English and maths while exploring a creative, hands-on curriculum across science, humanities, and the arts. Please do not hesitate to contact me via email if you have any questions.
