Hello and a very warm welcome! My name is Miss Megan, and I am delighted to be your child’s class teacher this academic year. I was born and grew up in Singapore before moving to Wales, where I completed my degrees at the University of Wales. Before moving to Egypt, I taught in Wales, and this will now be my third year teaching in Egypt. I have experience teaching across both the EYFS and KS1 curriculum, as well as a background in Special Educational Needs (SEN), which has developed my passion for creating an inclusive and nurturing environment where every child feels supported, valued and confident to learn. I also have experience with Mandarin, which I enjoy incorporating into my teaching and sharing with the children. In Snail Class, my aim is to create a safe, happy and engaging environment where children can develop their independence, curiosity and confidence, whilst developing a lifelong love of learning and celebrating every achievement along the way.
