AP Exam Information and Testing
Online Registration must be completed by every student ordering an AP exam.
There will be no additional exam orders placed after Feb. 26, 2027, 4:00 pm
Exam Fee is $99 per exam
Exam Fee for free/reduced students is TBD per exam
1.Students need to JOIN their course(s) on myap.collegeboard.org (click link)
Teachers have the join codes needed
*Students Taking Calculus AB & BC must choose one exam
College Board does not allow students to take both Calculus exams the same year
2. Students need to Register/Pay for their exam(s) on Total Registration (see below)

VLA students need to contact H. Spinks for join codes for their College Board Account
When registering & paying for AP exams in Total Registration, choose VLA Fall or VLA Spring as your teacher.
Fall & All Year Courses
Sept. 9, 2026 - Oct. 30, 2026
Students must register and pay by 4:00 pm on October 30, 2026
Late Fall registrations will incur a non refundable $40 late fee per College Board
Spring Courses
Jan. 12, 2027 - Feb. 26, 2027
Students must register and pay by 4:00 pm on Feb. 26, 2027
This is a hard deadline.

Exam Fee Information
Late Fee
College Board charges a $40 late fee per exam.
Exam cost is $139 per exam after the registration deadline for fall and all year courses.
Exam cost is TBD (free/reduced lunch) per exam after the registration deadline for fall and all year courses
Cancellation Fee
College Board charges a $40 cancellation fee per exam.
Refunds will be in the amount of $59 per exam. Students on free/reduced lunch will owe TBD of February 26th.
No refunds after 11:59 am on April 23, 2027.
Cancellation Process
Students must complete the Google Link to unregister for each exam or stop by Mrs. Spinks' office, E120, to speak with her.
The deadline to cancel is October 30th at 4:00pm for the fall semester and February 26th for the spring semester.
AP Exam Registration opens 9/9 & closes 10/30(4:00pm)
Registration for spring courses will open January 12, 2027
