All Digital Citizenship assessments are in Eduphoria.
Students will:
Log into their LHub/ account.
Click on the "LISD Testing" button.
Select the Digital Citizenship assessment to begin.
The test will be available to students on the dates listed below.
Teachers do not need to do anything to set it up.
Student Username: ID Numbers ONLY (no letters)
Password: Campus Specific Password
At completion of the Digital Citizenship lessons students in grades 4-12 will take an assessment in Aware (either digitally or with the answer documents provided by Aware), which takes care of your district-required documentation. This assessment should be completed by December 5, 2025.
Required Digital Citizenship assessments in grades 4-12 are five questions. Lesson 1 content is represented by two questions on the quiz, while lessons 2, 3 and 4 each have one related question. All assessments are named "Required Digital Citizenship Final Assessment." Assessments can be previewed below:
All Assessments: Assessments for all levels will not need to be started by the classroom or Advisory teacher. Since the assessments were started for the district, the teacher will not need to access them from their "Tests Available." They will see completed tests under the Analyze tab>2025-2026>Other. These will be made available for all students on the following dates:
Elementary: October 3, 2025
Middle School: October 3, 2025
High School: September 23, 2025
Elementary School: In Elementary School the classroom teacher is responsible for delivering the assessment upon lesson completion. This assessment should be completed no later than December 5, 2025. The assessment will be scheduled through their Science courses. The classroom teacher can either deliver the assessment digitally through Aware, or by printing off the answer documents in Aware and have the students take the test on paper. It is recommended that the teacher display the test on the board and go over it with students, rather than printing. The classroom teacher can scan the answer documents, or send them to Liana Alvarez digitally at alvarezl@lisd.net or through intercampus mail at the LISD Welcome Center.
Middle School: In Middle School, the teacher should deliver the required Digital Citizenship assessment upon lesson completion. This assessment should be completed no later than November 21, 2025. The teacher can either deliver the assessment digitally through Aware, or by printing off the answer documents in Aware and have the students take the test on paper. Student Testing Portal instructions can be found HERE. Remember that Eduphoria uses a unique campus password. Please contact Liana Alvarez at alvarezl@lisd.net if you are unaware of what this password is.
