Why should I get involved?
Our PTA is run by volunteers for the benefit of our children and their school. We ensure the monies raised go directly back into the school to provide much needed items that will enrich our children’s education. PTA Committee members and the school principles decide how the monies raised should be spent, having previously consulted with the wider PTA. Don’t ignore your opportunity to get involved and have your say.
Being a member of ISGR PTA is completely flexible. Give as little or as much of your time as you want. Providing an hour or two to help out on a stall at the Winter Bazaar, Spring Fair or International Fika, can make all the difference, as does baking a cake for the End of Term Cake Sale, selling raffle tickets to friends and family or sourcing raffle prizes when you next pop into town.
If you’re able to spare more time and join the Committee, or perhaps take the lead on organizing a key event, we’d also like to hear from you. You can join a meeting at any time and it’s a great opportunity to meet and socialize with other parents too.
Check out the news page for dates of upcoming events and the next PTA meeting. Or contact the Chair, Sarah Lytheer for further information.
