We wrote this rap today based off of John Baptiste De LaSalle and his impact on society in the past and present. We wrote this rap in honour of De LaSalle as a sign of respect. We respect him for many reasons especially for opening schools to educate those less fortunate. We appreciate John De LaSalle because with out his good work we would not be in St. Benildus college today. His five core principles are things we strive to embrace in our day to day life which shows our appreciation to be a part of the Lasallian Community. We decided to do a rap as we thought it was a relevant way to help people learn about John Baptiste De LaSalle
