My role is of a project manager in the team. I am required to ensure that we distribute the roles to members judiciously, have a proper roadmap of how to approach our project and have the required information for it. Being the project manager it is also my duty to have proper timelines of completion of the project and arrange the team meetings regularly in addition to preparing the synopsis of each meeting.

I got hold of this role because of my willingness to learn how to manage a team efficiently – which over the period I have, significantly.
