My role is Collaborative Workflow. My role is to implement methods used to connect team members and mentors alike via sites, portals etc. I have to be a moderator to bring everyone on the same page and ensure that no team member is feeling left out or discouraged. I have to listen to all team members and ensure that whatever we will be doing will be beneficial for both the team, and the project. I have chosen to take this role because I am a quite patient and empathetic person and would never undertake a decision without hearing others’ perspectives.

I feel that I have the skills required to connect people, diffuse serious situations (if any), and ensure smooth work flow.
