This week's PE lesson for Yousafzai was all about getting the right balance. As part of their lesson, the young gymnasts completed both solo and partner balance work, incoporating pushing and pulling forces to keep their positions in place. Their fabulous focus ensured wobbles were kept to an absolute minimum.
