ADHD Embrace: Upcoming Support & Seminars 

We are pleased to highlight several upcoming events and services from the brilliant local charity, ADHD Embrace, designed to support families at every stage of their journey. Titles below link to further information and booking: 

• A seminar on diagnosis pathways if their child has not yet been diagnosed

Seminar: ADHD Diagnostic Pathways Tuesday 10th February, 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Online) This vital online seminar explores the journey to an ADHD diagnosis, covering the assessment process and the three main routes: NHS, Private, and the ‘Right to Choose’ pathway. Led by clinical experts, the session will provide essential clarity for parents and include a Q&A to help you navigate the next steps for your child. 

• Post diagnosis events for parents if they have a diagnosis, which always gets excellent reviews form parents

Workshop: Post-Diagnosis Session for Parents Monday 23rd February, 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM (In-person at Twickenham Training Centre) Designed for parents and carers of recently diagnosed children, this workshop explores how ADHD impacts the brain and offers holistic strategies for managing the condition at home. It is a supportive space to meet others in similar situations and is highly recommended as a first step toward empowering your family following a diagnosis. 

• Advice clinics for one to one advice

1-to-1 Advice Clinics Bookable Online (50-minute sessions) These tailored online sessions with a Family Support Worker offer dedicated advice for your specific family needs, followed by a detailed resource email. The clinics are heavily subsidised for Richmond and Kingston residents (£12.50) and are a brilliant way to get personalized support for your child's journey.
