Local Dad Launches Free Confidence Building Initiative For Families 

My name is  Jack Ansbro – I'm a local Dad and I'm reaching out because I think your families might love what we've just launched.

In December, I started Dad Jab – a boxing fitness app designed specifically for parents (mums, dads, carers) to train alongside their children. It's all about getting children off screens, building confidence and mental resilience, and creating proper quality time together as families.

We've already got 60+ local families training with us, including families at St Mary's & St Peter's. We were also recently featured in both Teddington and Twickenham Nub News and currently in conversations with Richmond Council about spreading this across the borough – because honestly, the response from families has been incredible.

Here's why I'm writing: I want to offer your families completely free access to our "Championship" course. No strings attached, no cost whatsoever. I just want as many local families to experience what boxing fitness can do for family bonding and children's wellbeing.
