Welcome to Art classes!!!!!!!!
Art is a God given talent. It is our responsibility to use art to give glory to God.
Saint Edmond artist daily responsibilities:
Come to class on time.
Bring your requested materials and assignments to class.
When you get to class, get out your work and go straight to your assigned seat.
We will be praying the assigned prayer at the start of each class.
Watch demonstrations by teacher.
Follow directions for each project.
Be creative!!
Do the best you can do!
Ask for help when you need help. Raise your hand.
Work the whole class period on your project. (If you finish early - you may do extra art work or homework.)
Clean up your desk area and put away your supplies at the end of each class.
Most important: Be respectful of each other’s feelings, works, space and equipment!!!
Grading: Each project will have a checklist of requirements.
This will be a pass/fail class. You will get a P or an F at the end of the class.

- Clay Celtic Cross

8th Grade Projects:
-clay Cartoon Animal Sculpture
- 3 fimo sculpture magnets
- intermediate color painting
- neurographic drawing
-negative watercolor painting

- Self portrait/famous person/animal on Acetate, /or abstact design painting
- oil pastel animal or food drawing
- one pt. perspective drawing
