Summer Assignments

Your child received a packet labeled "Time for First Grade" with information about the summer assignments. The packets were given to current students at the end of Kindergarten and new students when scheduled for pick up from Mrs. McCarron. Over the summer, students should read Biscuit Goes to School by Alyssa Satin Capucilli and Frog and Toad Together by Arnold Lobel. Students should complete the Math Summer Solutions (Standards-Based) Kindergarten level. These will be collected and checked during the first week of school. The website for ordering Summer Solutions is https://www.summersolutions.net/. Please also practice reading the enclosed list of  sight words, as your child will be screened on them in the beginning of the year.
