TECH SUPPORT
Students may schedule a time with Technology Department anytime between 8.30 am to 4.00 pm during the weekdays for help in troubleshooting your personal computer.
Support
SSM-FC Technology Department can only guarantee support for the software, subscription owned by SSM-FC
All Hardware maintenance issues will be at the students' responsibility.
It is strongly recommended that device insurance or extended warranties and personal software with proper compliancy be purchased.
Charging
Students must bring laptops fully charged prior to the beginning of school each day.
Should a laptop need charging, students will use the properly designated power outlets on campus. This will only be permitted during free periods, and students must remain with the laptop while it is charging.
Teachers will be willing to allow students to charge their devices in their classrooms when they are not being used subject to availability of the charging equipment.
Printing
Students can print to school-network printers and will be billed according to the school regulations.
