Restart your device
Try a different browser
Try a different device if you have access to one
Watch any relevant videos in the Ressources section of this website
Google your problem and see if somebody has already found a solution
If the problem persists after you have tried all of the above, please contact me and include the following information in your email:
What you are trying to do - be specific
What happens when you do it (include error message if one appears) - be specific - telling me, "It isn't working" doesn't help me. Telling me, "I get this error message whenever I try to login: 'Account cannot be found'" or "I don't know where to find my assignments in Voces" or "I can't find a submit button for the Vrai ou Faux activity that was assigned this week" will give me more information to work with.
What you have already done to try to solve the problem including watching any relevant videos in the Ressources section of this website.

A screenshot or photo of what is going on
Example:
"Madame Vasquez,
I wanted to work on my homework for French but I’m having trouble with X. I am using the __ browser on my _(device)_. I got signed in okay, but now it’s asking me for yet another password. Don't expect an immediate answer. I may be teaching another class, in a meeting, or helping another student. I will respond as quickly as I possibly can because I know this is important and tech problems are frustrating.
