Check out who has inspired us with their AAC implementation!

This month, we are highlighting Mandie Gosche and Abby Michel from Marion Elementary School in the Ritenour School District. 

Mandie is an SLP and Abby is a teacher and they are both in their first year at SSD. They have been observed to consistently and enthusiastically use AAC during lessons and all throughout the day. They are utilizing the Word of Week resource and model language in structured and unstructured activities. It is awesome to see how they have positively changed the culture regarding AAC usage in the classroom and all throughout the school building.
