Short Bio:

I am currently a Master's student at the Department of Urban Planning, National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), where I also received my Bachelor's degree. My primary research interests lie in urban economic development and housing policy, specifically applying urban sociological theories to explore the dynamics of urban planning and development. I am currently conducting research focused on Science Parks and industrial development.
