Short Bio:

I am currently a Master's student in the Department of Urban Planning at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), where I also received my Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning. My research focuses on urban resilience, climate change adaptation, and disaster risk reduction from a spatial planning perspective. My current research examines the alignment between flood-related spatial needs and planning support in coastal low-lying areas, using the Plan Integration for Resilience Scorecard (PIRS) and GIS-based spatial analysis, with Qigu District, Tainan City, as the study area.
