The S&S High School Varsity Teams both finished 8th place overall. On the Varsity Girls side, Freshman Dandree Meeks finished in 11th place (very close to a spot at Regionals), Freshman Hannah Foster finished 47th, Freshman Lillian Vickery finished 49th, Freshman Justess Trevino finished 53rd, and Junior Brooklyn Shelton ran her best time and finished 54th. On the Varsity Boys side, Junior Parker Bigham improved his best time by running an 18:50.77 and finishing in 19th place, Freshman Donaven Gingras ran his best time and finished 28th, Junior Hunter Bigham finished 36th, Sophomore Brandon Petty finished 48th, Freshman Matthew Flores finished 49th, and Senior Logan Johnson ran his best time and finished 51st.
The S&S High School Junior Varsity Girls Team finished in 5th place overall and the Junior Varsity Boys Team finished 3rd overall. On the JV Girls side, Freshman Marley Lunde ran her first race this season and finished in 19th place, Freshman London Kemp finished in 20th, Freshman Natalie Vega ran her best time this year and finished 21st, Freshman Trinity Vidrine finished 26th, Amilya Verdugo ran her best time this year and finished 31st, and Freshman Makenna Lewellyn ran her best time this year and finished 32nd. On the JV Boys side, Freshman Joe Orr ran in his first meet this year and medaled by finishing in 10th place, Joemar Dalayan finished 15th, Ricardo Marquez finished 16th, Sophomore Elisha Gentry finished 17th, Sophomore Zavier Talamantes finished 20th and Freshman Kaiden Shields finished 23rd.

Boys Team finished 5th overall at District.

Varsity Girls Results: Dandree Meeks finished 12th place with a time of 12:54.3 (top 5 fastest times in school history); Hannah Foster finished 72nd and improved her PR time by 45 secs today; Lillian Vickery finished 73rd and improved her PR time by 1 min 50 secs today; Justess Trevino finished 112th in her first Varsity meet and London Kemp finished 113th in her first Varsity meet and improved her PR time by 30 secs. All the runners in MS did a fantastic job of competing in the TCS Invitational. A majority of the runners were experiencing a Cross Country Meet for the first time. Excellent job by then and we will continue to improve every week.
