Creating Community with Technology

Creating community with technology means using the tools to give students opportunities to build communication and collaboration skills. It means building relationships with our students and between our students. Creating community is giving students voice and choice.

Seesaw

Seesaw allows multiple methods for students share their thinking. Students can use Seesaw to create a digital portfolio, which can then be shared with families. Seesaw captures pictures, videos, annotations and audio which is great for students to be able to share their thinking.

Google Classroom

Google Classroom a great way to give your students voice. Ask a question and students can respond, share their thinking with the class and then reply to other students. Here's a cheatsheet!
