Close communication between school and home is important.  The best way to contact us is through e-mail or sending a note with your child.  It is very important that we are aware of any changes going on in the home that may affect your child at school.  It will help us to understand and be more supportive of your child’s specific needs.

We communicate the events in our classes and the school through the following:

• Class Website - Contains general information about TK procedures and activities, as well as our TK schedule.  All information provided at back to school night can be found on this website. 

• E-Mail - E-mails and Announcements are sent out as needed to communicate reminders, important information, etc.

• Weekly Newsletter - Keeps you informed of what is happening in our classroom during the upcoming week, along with any necessary reminders and a look at upcoming events.  This newsletter is sent out every Sunday evening.

• Coyote Connections - Our school wide newsletter, which is sent out each Monday with information about school wide and community events.

• Konstella - System used by PTA and CCLF to communicate events and provides a tool for parents to contact each other too.
