I Incomplete: A grade ”I” may be given at the discretion of the instructor when a student who does not complete assignments. The "I" will be updated to an "F" after the time limit for removal of the "I" has passed, unless the student completes the assignments in time.

Withdrawal: Students may drop a course within the first 3 weeks period without the class or grade appearing on the transcript. If a course is dropped after the 3 weeks, the teacher may give a "No Mark" grade or an "F" grade depending on the quality of the student's work to date and provided that proper notice concerning the possibility of failure has been given to the parents. Parents may request a teacher- conference to discuss the implication of the "F" grade (AR 5121).
