At SRJHS, we place strongly value STEM exposure through our instruction, hands-on tools, and STEM curriculum. It is vital to give teachers time to explore, think, and produce their own original work in order to better understand the importance for our students. Our focus is truly on the students - helping them to be independent, self-motivated, and critical thinkers!

Our teacher-led STEM committee is committed to sustaining STEM curriculum. Our district technology coalition has spent time breaking down the IDOE STEM Certification Rubric, identifying current reality and growth opportunities towards achieving district STEM certification. Working together with strategic partners, South Ripley will be able to sustain the program while also providing all students with equitable access to engage in STEM curriculum.
