TALK TO A WELLNESS THERAPIST

There are three ways to request site-based mental health services at Terra Linda High School:

STUDENTS

• TLHS students can self-refer or refer a friend here.

• SRHS/Madrone HS students can self-refer or refer a friend here.

• Students may also visit the Wellness Center in person to make a referral.

STAFF

• Submit a referral through the Coordination of Services Team (COST) at:

  • • TLHS 

    • SRHS/Madrone.

PARENTS/GUARDIANS

• Contact your student’s School Counselor (TLHS | SRHS | Madrone) or the site’s Wellness Coordinator (TLHS) (SRHS/Madrone) to request support.
