Resource guides are an important tool librarians use to collaborate with teachers to support teaching and learning.
Resource guides can be thought of as a mini-website that contain listings of library recommended resources: databases, journals, books, web pages and other useful resources relevant to your course or subject.
Most often, resource guides are developed using one of two platforms:

Almost every college or university uses Libguides, which is produced by a small, private company, Springshare. In fact, Libguides has become so ubiquitous that is has become more commonly used than the term "resource guide". Below are four examples of Libguides in higher ed:
