How can you prepare for your audition?
Step 1: Sign up! See your school counselor and ask to sign up to join the choir.
Step 2: For your audition, please prepare a short song to sing for Mrs. Tusa. You will be asked to sing some vocal warmups, match pitches, repeat short melodies and demonstrate your vocal range and note reading abilities so that you can be placed in the proper choir for your level. Email Mrs. Tusa (mtusa@srhs.k12.ca.us ) to set up a zoom audition OR an in person consultation.
Level 1:
A Cappella Choir
No audition necessary
For female voices.
Level 2:
Chamber Choir
Male and Female Voices,
Zero period class (7:29am - 8:23am)
Level 3:
Concert Choir
Male and Female Voices, must sign up to audition
