Should a violation be deemed too severe the guest may be asked to vacate the premises.
Please refrain from wearing shoes in our home.
Please do not smoke in and around the property. We will charge you for the respective amount if we find any evidence of smoking.
Should traces of smoking be found inside the room a 10,000 JPY (tax included) fine will be imposed.
Pets are not allowed in our property.
Please turn off all lights and appliances when you leave our home.
If unexpected guests arrive, please do not let them in.
Do not take the equipment and the amenities found in the apartment with you.
Please respect our neighbors and keep the noise down (Footsteps, Objects, Conversation) , especially at night. No parties please!
Please be careful near windows. We will not be responsible for any accidents caused by carelessness of the guests.
Be careful when you handle anything that can lead to cause fire
Do not go to the balcony. It's for emergency only.
Do not flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet. In particular, please do not flush tissue paper down the toilet, as it is not biodegradable and may clog or damage the pipes.
Please feel free to use all amenities. We ask that you place everything back in its original location and take your items out the fridge before you depart.
We kindly ask our guests to refrain from using our listing for any deliveries during your stay. For food delivery like Uber EATS, on one condition that you arrange to meet up with the delivery person without our assistance.
Note: In the event you have already ordered the delivery to our listing, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for the delivery of your items
We are not responsible for any forgotten items; please double check you have all your belongings with you upon check- out.
We do not make a taxi reservation for guests.
If you would like to travel by taxi, we recommend [Japan Taxi] app, the largest Taxi application in Japan. You can install the app from App Store or Google Play.
We provide a fresh set of professionally cleaned towels and linen for each guest.
You can use towels found in the room at no additional fee.
To protect the environment and in order to offer our guests reasonable accommodation, we do not change towels during your stay.
Monthly guests: Please let us know if you would like to have a complimentary weekly cleaning during your stay. Towels will be changed during the weekly cleaning.

Take good care of the facilities. Damages and loss of the facilities will be charged to the guest.

If you wish to take out the trash, please leave outside of your door in the morning.
