How to unlock:
Press 4-digit PIN → "Enter" on the key panel on the left side of the entrance door
Guests before check-in: Use the PIN code provided in the message sent in advance.
Guests after check-in: Use the PIN number provided at check-in.

Please scan the QR code displayed on the tablet on the left side at the front desk and complete the check-in procedure.
Scan the check-in QR code in the lobby with your smartphone.
For those who have completed the "Pre check-in" and paid in advance ;
Sign in to your account and choose a reservation that you want to check-in.
※For those who forgot sign-in information, you can search your reservation with the reservation code.
Make sure all the details of pre-check-in is correct and proceed to the page.
You will find the stay information (entrance door PIN, room number, room PIN) on your smartphon.
Please take a screenshot and save the screen.
You do not need to talk to an operator. Please go to your room. This is the end of check-in.
For the others ;
Search by reservation code to find your own reservation and enter the guest information, or enter information from "Other procedures".
※Check-in is completed when the payment is completed and the room number and room password are displayed on the screen. No video call is required.
If you get a message asking you to make a video call, please make a video call from the tablet.
The operator will confirm that the registration and payment of the guest information have been completed.
※The ID card (such as passport) will be checked for all our guests.
If you chose on-site payment and have not completed the payment yet, please pay via the invoice link we sent you or scan the Takemepay QR code you can find on the front desk counter, to make the payment.
The operator will guide you to tap the "Reload" button on the screen where you entered the information earlier.
