When you use hyperlinks and interactive pictures in your documents it will allow for you to create documents that are more dynamic and engaging. No longer does all the information have to be on that one page.
Students can now collaborate remotely on one Doc rather than individually.
While in Google Classroom, Teachers can give feedback even while the student is in the process of working on the document.
Teachers can check to see who has done what work so that way everyone is doing their part to get the project done.
With Version History there is always a way to go back to any part of the document creating process.
Use hyperlinks in your documents instead of copy and pasting the full web address
When viewing student work in Classroom click on the + sign to the left on the document so you can leave comment
Click the star next to the name of the document in the top left so you can search for your document faster.
Tools - Voice Typing: Allows you to speak what you want to say rather than type it out.
Tools - Activity Dashboard: Allows you to see who/when someone has worked on the document.
Insert - Bookmark will allow for links to be created to jump to different parts of the text. Good for large documents.
NEW!! Tools - Compare Documents: You can compare two documents in Google Docs to see their differences. This creates a third Google Doc that shows the differences as suggested edits.
