Students with piano backgrounds should plan to perform a short piano selection of their choosing
Students should prepare a short written response to the following questions and bring them to the auditions: Why would you like to be in Voice/Keyboard? What previous music experience do you have (lessons, musical theater, music class, etc.)?
Students may also be instructed to perform teacher-led vocalizations during the audition.
Schedule an audition with Mrs. Joiner-Christensen once you've received a follow up email.
*Please note, optional piano performances are only necessary if you have prior experience with piano performance or you have a focus in song-writing.
