FIELD TRIPS

Springs Charter Schools offer many wonderful field trips throughout the year, including some free field trips!

All field trip information can be found through BookMart. Please access the Field Trip Website to select and pay for your Field Trip:

Fall 2022 Field Trips:

In order to reserve your student's spot on a field trip, please login to BookMart and sign up. Students payment will come directly from your Instructional Funds (IF). MAKE SURE THAT YOU ORDER FIELD TRIPS SEPARATELY UNDER EACH CHILD'S BOOKMART ACCOUNT! You'll need to logout and back on for each student. Field trips must be ordered for each student individually. You can pay for any additional fees (siblings, yourself, etc) via PayPal.

You will receive an email from the field trip coordinator the week prior to the field trip.

How to register for a field trip:

1. Log into your students BookMart account. You will need to log in as each student to reserve their ticket.

2. Click on the field trips tab at the top or click here:

3. Select the field trip you wish and click on each one to view itinerary details.

4. Add to cart and check out accordingly.

5. You are welcome to register for any and all field trips.

Note: Springs does not provide transportation to our field trips and it is the expectation that you will remain with your child at all times. You will be emailed from our field trip coordinator with how, when, and where to retrieve your tickets.

Parent and Non-Springs sibling tickets:

For parents and un-enrolled siblings, you will need to use PayPal to pay for your ticket. To do this, remain in your child's BookMart account.

1. Log into your student's BookMart account.

2. On the left side, it will read "Account Maintenance." Click on it.

3. Then, under Account Type, please select "PayPal for field trips"

4. Now, click the field trips tab at the top of the page.

5. Select Homeschool PayPal field trips.

6. Register for your desired field trips and you are good to go. You will be redirected to PayPal to pay for your field trip.

7. Before you log out of BookMart, make sure you go back to the Account Maintenance page and change the "Account Type" back to Instructional Funds. Otherwise, all that will be viewable on future BookMart access is parent field trips. :)
