Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Jacqueline A. Guillory hails from Cottonport, Louisiana.. She enlisted in the Army on 26 October 1994 after serving 7 years as an Army Reservist. It was during her first assignment as a Personnel Service Specialist (75B) at Fort Bragg, NC that she was encouraged by her leaders to pursue a commission to the officer ranks. After gaining acceptance to the Officer Candidate School program at Fort Benning, GA, Lieutenant Colonel Guillory was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army on 06 June 1997 with the branch of Signal (25A).
Her assignments include Platoon Leader, 501st Signal Battalion, 101st Airborne Division, Fort Campbell, KY; Battalion S6, 311th MI Battalion, Fort Campbell, KY; G6 Operations Officer, Fort Bragg, NC; Company Commander, 51st Signal Battalion, 35th Signal Brigade, Fort Bragg, NC; Regiment S6, 229th Aviation Regiment, Fort Bragg, NC; G8 Budget Officer, 8th United States Army, Yongsan, Korea; Deputy G8, HQ, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Hood, TX; Brigade S6, 41st Field Artillery Brigade, Fort Hood, TX; G6 Integration Officer, III Corps G6, Fort Hood, TX; Brigade G6, 69th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, Fort Hood, TX; Signal Combat Development Officer, Signal Center of Excellence, Fort Gordon, GA; J6 Action Officer, Joint Chiefs of Staff J6, Pentagon, Arlington, VA. Lieutenant Colonel Guillory has two combat tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. She retired on September 31, 2017 with over 23 years of active military service. Since 2019 her time has been spent in the education system teaching, coaching, and mentoring our youth as a JROTC instructor in the Houston Independent School District . She assumed the duties and responsibilities of the Senior Army instructor (SAI) for the Army JROTC program at Westfield High School, Spring Independent School District, on February 20, 2023.
Her military education includes Primary Leadership Development Course, Signal Officer Basic, Combined Arms and Services Staff School (CAS3), Intermediate Level Education (ILE), Air Assault School, and Basic Airborne School. She has also completed the following courses to add to her professional educational development: Fiscal law; Army Comptrollers Course; Planning, Programming, Budgeting, & Execution Course, and the Army Forces Management Course. Lieutenant Colonel Guillory received a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Northwestern State University, Natchitoches, LA in 1992. She was awarded her Master's degree in 2011 from Central Michigan University in Leadership and Public Administration and her MBA from University of Houston-Downtown. In her current profession, she has completed the Basic and Advanced JROTC Instructor Courses.
Lieutenant Colonel Guillory's awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal (One Oak Leaf Clusters); Meritorious Service Medal, (Four Oak Leaf Clusters); Army Commendation Medal (Five Oak Leaf Clusters); Army Achievement Medal (Five Oak Leaf Clusters); Joint Meritorious Unit Award; Meritorious Citation/Commendation; Army Good Conduct Medal (2nd award); National Defense Service Medal (two oak leaf clusters); Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal; Global War on Terrorism Service Medal; Korean Defense Service Medal; Army Service Ribbon; Overseas Service Ribbon (Numeral 2); Joint Chiefs of Staff Identification Badge; Parachutist Badge; and the Air Assault Badge. Lieutenant Colonel Guillory is married to Command Sergeant Major (Retired) Scott E. Guillory. They have four wonderful children and are the proud grandparents of 4 grandchildren.

First Sergeant (1SG) Yusuf K. Brantley is a highly decorated U.S. Army veteran and dedicated educator with a legacy of leadership spanning over 36 years of combined military and teaching service. He holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Excelsior University in Albany, New York.
During his 22-year Army career, 1SG Brantley served in the Infantry with the Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 11Z – Infantry Senior Sergeant. He held numerous key leadership and training positions, including: Mortar Assistant Gunner, Mortar Gunner, Fire Direction Center Chief and Check Computer, Mortar Platoon Section Sergeant, Mortar Platoon Sergeant, Infantry Rifle Platoon Sergeant, Infantry Rifle Company First Sergeant, Headquarters and Headquarters Company First Sergeant, Drill Sergeant, Basic Airborne Instructor (Black Hat), Drill Sergeant Instructor, First Sergeant, First Army Headquarters.
His service has been recognized with a distinguished list of military awards and honors, including: Legion of Merit, Bronze Star Medal (with oak leaf cluster), Meritorious Service Medal (with oak leaf cluster) , Army Commendation Medal with “V” device and silver oak leaf cluster, Army Achievement Medal with silver oak leaf cluster, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, Presidential Service Award, Joint Meritorious Unit Award, Meritorious Unit Commendation, Master Parachutist Badge, Air Assault Badge, Pathfinder Badge, Combat Infantryman’s Badge with star, Infantryman’s Badge, SETAF Combat Service Badge, 2nd Infantry Division Combat Service Badge, 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment Combat Service Badge, 1st Armored Division Combat Service Badge.
Following his retirement from the military, 1SG Brantley has continued to serve by educating and mentoring youth through the Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) for the past 14 years. He has taught and led successful programs in Georgia, Florida, California, Washington, and Texas.

Honored by the City of Vidalia, Georgia, with the retirement of May 5th as "1SG Yusuf K. Brantley Day" in recognition of his extraordinary impact on the local JROTC program and student development.
1SG Brantley exemplifies integrity, discipline, and service—both in uniform and in the classroom—and remains a committed mentor to the next generation of leaders. First Sergeant Brantley is married to SFC Ayana Brantley, they have five children; Jahla, Yusuf Jr., Ashanti, Michaiah, and Leilani. They have five grandkids, Jada, Jaden, Ian, Ellianna, and Nayelli.
