Hello and welcome to 5th grade Math and Science. I've been teaching for a total of 13 years. I taught 8 years at Houston ISD and my last 5 in Spring ISD at the Burchett ES campus (where I plan to retire from). As a child, I was moved around from different schools and states. I've lived in Denison, Iowa (Headstart-2nd grade) Spokane, Washington (4th-6th), Huntsville, Texas (3rd, 7th-9th), Hempstead, Texas (10th-12th). I ended up moving from Houston to Spring Texas as an adult. So I see the importance of stability and how it affects a child. I received my BA from Prairie View A&M University and my teaching certificate from ACT Houston.
