Music storytelling is a way to tell a story through music. In 2026, SWHS journalism students were assigned to write lyrics, create an AI generated song, and then produce a music video to go with that song. The Spring Woods High School Music Storytelling Festival started in April of 2026. The winning projects will be entered into the Lone Star Emmy Student Production Awards under the category of music video. Here are all the videos entered into the 2026 festival. The winners will be annouced on May 8, 2026.
