Meditate!
Insight Timer is a free website/app that has meditations (guided meditations, silent meditations, breathwork meditations), sleep resources (sleep music, sleep stories, and sleep meditations) and breathwork activities.
Practicing Meditation daily for 10-12 minutes can help you manage your stress, get better rest, and naturally causes your body to relax. If you feel like you have no control over your racing thoughts, give Meditation a try.
