Parentally Placed Private School Students

This bulletin provides guidance on how we manage and provide service to students with disabilities in a parentally placed private school.

This form is used by SASD staff members providing equitable services to students with disabilities in a parentally placed private school setting. Each year, SASD has to ensure that equitable services are provided to the private school based on the number of students with disabilities. This form is used to calculate our expenditure toward that equitable service amount.
