This section will discuss a number items specific to students who are parentally placed in a private school setting. There is a fair amount of guidance from the Wisconsin DPI regarding these students and there are specific things that we need to do as special education providers in a public school system with a private school within the district boundaries.

This form is used by SASD staff members providing equitable services to students with disabilities in a parentally placed private school setting. Each year, SASD has to ensure that equitable services are provided to the private school based on the number of students with disabilities. This form is used to calculate our expenditure toward that equitable service amount.
