Eligibility Requirements:

• Be enrolled full-time as a high school senior at Spokane High School

• GPA of 3.50

• Volunteer for a minimum of 10 hours at PTO-sponsored events throughout the school year

• Submit an essay detailing the importance of community involvement

• Complete application
