Ministry Safe Training
ANY ADULT ATTENDING NEXT FRIDAY'S FIELD TRIP MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE TRAINING!!
Training videos need to be completed by NOVEMBER 1st for any volunteering in the building or attend a field trip.
Certificates will show up on my dashboard once you have completed your training—no need to print out your certificate.
If a member of your family would like to attend a field trip or volunteer in the school and we do not have their e-mail address, you must get that info to the office so I can send them the link to the training. Links are personalized PLEASE DO NOT SHARE.
Important Morning Drop Off Information!
With the increased number of students in the building this year, the lobby is becoming too chaotic in the morning. The 7:20 drop off time was put in place to accommodate our bus riders and families with special circumstances. During this time in the morning, our office staff is getting ready for the upcoming day and answering phones. Therefore, we are strongly urging you to please keep your students in the car until the 7:35 bell that allows them to walk down to their classrooms. If you have a special circumstance that necessitates your child to come into the lobby to wait for school to start, please contact the school office.
We are also continuing to work on a plan that will improve the traffic flow in our parking lots for both the morning drop off and afternoon pick-up. It will probably not happen until late November when our new door system is installed and we have additional capabilities that will allow us to utilize more than just the lobby doors.
We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we strive to make St. Peter’s safe for our students and families.
FALL CELEBRATIONS!
October 22
Students may wear their Halloween costumes to church and then attend Trunk or Treat in the parking lot after service.
